ZOOMBOOK online software (hereinafter – software), website www.zoombook.nl (hereinafter – website), as well as its content and layout (hereinafter – content), ZOOMBOOK logos and brands (hereinafter – logos and brands) are protected by copyright, patent and other intellectual property laws. Any illegal use of the software, website, its content, logos and brands is considered as a violation of intellectual property laws.

JSC BALTO Trader does not provide any clear or implied transfer of copyright. You shall not, under any circumstances and by any means copy, publish, distribute, exchange, transfer, adapt, create derivative works, lease, borrow, sell, distribute, license, reconstruct or modify in any other way the software, website, its content, logos and brands for the full duration of copyright and in all territories. You agree and do not object that the copyright of the software, website, its content, logos and brands belongs to JSC BALTO Trader and, therefore, shall not be used without prior written permission from BALTO Trader.
